Why use hypnosis to develop your spirit and spirituality?

George Bernard Shaw once said, ‘If Christians are so keen to save anyone, they should try to look a little more saved themselves.’ I think this is fair in relation to people who try to live in the spirit of an emerging global sense of a new spirituality. If trying to live by the values of higher consciousness is such a good thing, its effects should be visible in every area of our lives. They should be evident to others through our behaviour, personal strength, and self-possession, including the ability to stand up for ourselves in conflict without betraying our spiritual values or hiding personal weakness behind them.
