How we work

From your first message to changes in everyday life

First contact

Write a few lines about what is happening. You might name a particular situation, describe a recurring state, or simply say what is difficult right now.

In your first message, share only as much personal detail as you feel comfortable with.

The first session

You tell me about your situation. We clarify what matters most, how long this has been going on, what you have already tried, and what you want from the work.

A shared focus gradually emerges: a question worth starting with, and signs of change that you would notice in your own life.

Choosing how to work

The work develops around your particular question. It may involve conversation, exploring an experience, hypnosis, trance, or practical work with a specific situation.

We discuss the proposed approach. You can ask questions, say how you feel, and ask to change the pace or stop an exercise.

A clear structure for the session helps you stay grounded when the work touches on difficult or unfamiliar experiences.

Time and pace

A standard session lasts 1.5–2 hours. This allows time to open up a topic, work with it, and bring the session to a calm close.

When a longer stretch of uninterrupted work matters, we can discuss an extended session of 3–4 hours in advance.

The usual pace is around one session a week. We discuss it in light of your question and the circumstances of your life.

Between sessions

Sometimes we agree on small practices: noticing or writing something down, trying a different response, or bringing your attention back to a particular experience.

This helps changes gradually become part of everyday life, where they matter most.

How we notice results

Our reference points come from your life. How did a conversation go that used to be difficult? Has a familiar reaction changed? Is a decision you kept postponing now more accessible? Is there more freedom in a situation where everything used to happen automatically?

We return to these questions and discuss what has changed, what has stayed the same, and what next step makes sense.
