Regression and depth work

Exploring inner experience through trance, images, and feelings

Some questions are difficult to hold in words alone. Recurring narratives, strong images, a sense of unfinished business, unusual experiences, questions about meaning and your own place in life.

Depth work lets you give this experience focused attention, at a pace that leaves room both to experience it and to make sense of it.

What we explore

Trance work can bring up images, sensations, scenes, and inner stories. Some resemble familiar events; others feel like symbolic narratives or experiences that reach beyond your usual sense of yourself.

We pay attention to the feelings, connections, and meanings that emerge: what resonates with you, how it relates to your present situation, and what questions it opens up.

Past-life regression

This is a distinct area you can explore here directly.

People may experience these narratives as scenes from other times, roles, and lives. Some understand them spiritually; others see them as the symbolic language of inner experience.

You do not need to adopt a particular worldview to begin. The images that arise are treated as experiences; by themselves, they do not establish the historical accuracy of events.

There is room for your own understanding and careful exploration of how the experience relates to the present.

Questions that may bring you here

Why do certain themes keep repeating in my life? What lies behind a sense of unfinished business? How can I relate to an unusual inner experience? What does a feeling of connection to something larger mean to me? Where do I find meaning and inner support?

You can come with an interest in a particular format, or begin by discussing the question itself.

Contemporary approaches and traditional practices

My experience in this area includes Elman hypnosis, Ericksonian hypnosis, generative trance, shamanic trance methods, and Siddha Yoga.

These approaches come from different backgrounds and use different ways of working with attention and states of consciousness. We discuss the choice of a particular method with the person and their question in mind.

Participation and choice

Before starting, it is important to discuss your expectations, questions, and feelings about the chosen format. During a session, you can say what is happening, ask for a pause, clarify something, or change direction.

Your own way of understanding the experience remains an important part of the work.

Returning to everyday life

After a strong experience, time to reflect matters. What was significant? What would you like to keep? How does it relate to your relationships, decisions, and everyday life?

We give attention to how the experience can be understood and integrated into life.
