You do not need a perfectly worded question
Fear, caution, doubt, or difficulty naming your question straight away do not, in themselves, make you unsuitable for the work. Trust and openness may develop during the process.
Working together
A practitioner does not ‘switch’ a person into a different state without their participation. The work involves attention to your own situation and reactions, and putting what you discover into practice in life.
Where expectations may differ
The format does not promise power over other people or the magical fulfilment of wishes without changes in real life.
If you are unsure
If you are not sure whether this format is right for you, ask about it in your first message.
From Alexander's notes
The first few minutes can feel awkward, especially when you have not yet found words for what is happening. You do not have to resolve that awkwardness before we meet.
