LIFE’S CHALLENGE

Life seems to challenge us: are we ready to open up and enter a new reality? Life opens doors and offers opportunities to change ourselves and our lives. The decision we ultimately make matters. Are we ready to let go of the old reality created by our personality, our ego? Are we ready to change and open up, to expand, or will we cling to the old and remain with our fears? When we open up, we follow the soul. When we say, ‘No, I am not ready, not now. I am afraid. I doubt it. What if…’, we follow the ego, the personality. We stay where we were, then complain that life does not change.

Life is constantly giving us new opportunities, but our fears prevent us from seeing them.

How can you know which choice to make? How do you decide?

You can close your eyes, or leave them open. What matters is entering a state of quiet and stillness for a few minutes and asking your question: ‘Should I do this?’ Add the question that concerns you. Notice the sensations in the centre of your chest, the heart centre. Your mind may object or panic and produce many excuses. At that moment, instead of listening to the mind, bring your attention to the centre of your chest.

Feel what happens there when you ask your question. You can imagine that you have made each decision in turn. First choose one option and feel it, then the other. When you follow the soul, you feel joy, expansion, lightness, release, inspiration, euphoria, and love. When you choose from the ego, you feel fear, tightness, tension, as if you are closing down or hiding.

The most important thing is to recognise what lies behind your choice: love or fear?

This is a time of change. If changes are entering your life, you are ready for them. Trust and surrender to what you feel. Let your soul lead rather than letting your personality control you. The soul loves freedom, joy, and lightness; it loves to share and give.

The Age of Aquarius is a time of flourishing, awakening, and rebirth of the soul. By changing ourselves, we create a new world on Earth. Do not be afraid to open up. Take a step, and it will become easier to continue as you feel the joy of the path.
